. + In the third trial, held In the Christchurch Supreme Court, of Frank Victor Herbert Coull, charged with forgery and conspiracy while an oflicer of the Repatriation Department m Wellington, thc Jury again disagreed, and the Crown Prosecutor formally applied for a new trial (the fourth). His Honor, m ordering that n now trial be held at Christchurch on May 12. said he thought that the Attorney-General would bo justified m ordering that there should not be another trial and m entering a nolle prosequi. Prisoner was released on ball.
