Whaffor?

The menace of the scourge of th* teeming millions of heathen Chinese if let loose among the white races of the earth is sinking into the minds of white peoples the world o'er.

Years ago Australian States were roundly abused upon their racial "littleness" m passing the Chinese exclusion laws.

But Australia, and Now Zealand, too, have an ideal — an idoal of everlastingly Whlto Lands— to- which their poopl* cling with greater tenacity than evor.
