It has been reported from Escanaba (U.S.A.) that a Miss Evelyn Lyons, baffled the medical profession with what seemed to be a Btrango fever which carried with It a steady temperature of 114 degrees, which 1b the highest the physician's thermometer registers. She remained In the samo condition for ten days, but was conscious. Dr. H. J. Defnet. city health commissioner, snld the reading of the /■llnlcal thermometer was correct.
