She is seen as a beautiful waif, who Is saved from death by shipwreck and plunged into New York society. There she is beset by temptations m the by-ways of the city through which she comes unscathed. Also on tho bill is "Heroes and Husbands," with Katherine MacDoriald. The star is cast as a young authoress who is m love with the illustrator of her hooks. The story begins m comedy, but develops into great dramatic intensity. Miss Mac Donald has here one of the best screen roles of her career.
