SYDNEY STADIUM.
GODFREY STILL ON TOP.
Knocks Out Cello m Five Rounds.
(By Cable. Special to "Truth.")
Syd. Godfrey, 9st 91bs., knocked out the newly-arrived Yankee?, Tommy Cello, 9st. Gibs., m five rounds at the Sydney Stadium last Saturday night. Cello puzzled Godfrey from the outset and looked like holding ,his own. Godfrey failed to reproduce his oldtime form and was very slow. In the fifth round Cello z-eceived a couple of good body blows and dropped his hands and appealed for a foul. Godfrey then sent m a right to the American's unprotected chin and -knocked h'm out. The end was very unsatisfactory.
