All Nominations made by telegram must be confirmed (Immediately) by let- | ter, giving full particulars of the horse, I breeding, also colors to be worn, and anyone omitting to do so will be fined £2. * This will be strictly enforced. Any horse entered shall be ridden or driven through the meeting by the same rider ,or driver, unless the Stewards consent to another rider or driver being 'substituted.
