He played what appeared to be a safety, but from a most difficult angle Brice brought off a beautiful cushion cannon, and ran to his 300 points amidst- great excitement. (The second game, betw9en Key, of the (W.M. Club), and 1 Dennison, of the (G.P.0. ), was somewhat mediocre. Neither player showed his previous good form Key scored his 300 points when Dennison was only 158. The best breaks wereDunlop, 37 27 28 28 15; Brice, 25 20 17 1C : Key, 27 2C 20 17 17.. In the semi-finals Congdon defeated Mead, while Key defeated Price. The beat breaks were: Con&don, 69 44 30 24
