Respondent Becomes the Petitioner. ■William. George Rex originally .petitioned for release from Catherine, his wife, and then, abandoned it. Then Lawyer Treadwell, for Catherine, proceeded with a counter petition, on tl)e ■ground of Willie's desertion, and af te> 1 the evidence, which was as "per usual," the desired decree was donated.
