A Decree Made Absolute. Ethel Whitfield, on Mr. D. Jackson's application, had a decree against Augus William Cree Whitfield made absolute. Petitioner received custody of the child. JONES v. JONES. Petition Abandoned, Counter Petition ; : Succeeds. Thomas Henry Jones abandoned his petition against Minnie Elizabeth Jones, but the lady proceeded promptly with a nice little counter petition on ■. the grounds of desertion. ,' ■•■> The evidence showed that Jones had never supported his wife, and' the usual decree was granted. .
