Hobson's Choice --— From the Frying-pan into the Fire
Under the Military Service Bill, as amended, conscientious objector* are to be given the option of performing "non-combatant" service. This "Non-combatant" service very probably will be as equally risky and hazardous as that of the actual fighter — erecting barbed-wire entanglements m the front lines, for instance. THE COOK (grimly): "Choose your pick, young fellow — the frying pan or the fire— whioh is it to be?"
