As Police Commissioner Cullen reaches the age limit of 65 years this month, the age at which Public Servants are due to retire and make way for their younger subordinates, it was natural to suppose that police circles would be considerably agitated, but from what this paper has been able to glean the regulations will not be observed m connection with, or as they would have applied to, the Commissioner m the ordinary course of events.
