An°elderly Ghinaman, about 50 years. of age, was; according to- the available evidence, walking, quietly along the footway when he was suddenly attacked by a burly and hefty man, named James Little, 'who, without addressing . the inoffensive; Celestial, simply knocked him down, and then proceeded to kick him violently about; the -head and? face.
