THE CHRISTCHURCH TOURNEY.
The Christchurch Sports Club opens the season next Monday evening, March 25, to be contiriued on Tuesday evening, March 26, at the King's Theatre, when a big programme of amateur contqsts will be placed before patrons. The club has received numerous entrants for the various classes, and, with the coming New' Zealand and Australasian championships ahead, the amateurs should stoush with vim. It doesn't do to miss the 'bus so early m the season. Some special bouts are being provided, and the fans should be satisfied with what will be going.
