He apparently thought he was being harrtiy dealt with, for he produced m Court a memo, running into about five sides of foolscap, which he explained was a condensed copy of a similar memo, which had heen sent to the Inspector of Police. The memo, wasn't read, but apparently the poor dc* fendant wanted to unburden his heart.
