The latest expedition—the one that has won a bit of the lost treasure under the sunervision of Lloyd's representative, Willis, seems to be stuck for a diver. Lees, the diver who was with the Gpw expedition, has beenj ehsraged, so he says, to <r,o on with the work. Lees says that he wasn't on the Elimgamite at all m his previous efforts, but on some other wreck quite ad r iacent. This theory. however, see-ms to hold no Wjater, 'on the face of the first' steward pf the ElimiraTnite claiming a hatchet recovered by the Gow expedition as his. Three Kings is a dangerous locality, and rierhaps there is> a, whole fleet of treasure shins sunk 'there. On the face of recent developments it might "•>"• the Government to enuin an expedition and thoroughly search those waters.
