WEATHER PROSPECTS (Government Meteorologist.) Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for moderate to strong south-east to north-east winds. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but squally at times in the East Coast districts of the North Island under the influence of a storm area to the north-east-wards of New Zealand.
