COLSTON Once a ss case DOCTOR’S REPORT 3rd January. 3923 ’* In 19121 made a report on the case of Cyril D. Colston, then of 13, Stoney Lane, SparkbrOQk, Birmingham, as being a very striking example of the beneficial effects of VIROL in certain forms of malnutrition in children. Some rather remarkable photographs showing the boy ‘before* and * after * the addition of- VIROL to his diet accompanied the report. Having regard to the very extraordinary condition of extreme emaciation shown in the ’before* photograph, it is of considerable interest to find that, at the age of 18, he is a normal healthy young adult, showing no trace of the period of strain to which his organism must have been sub- ' jected at the time of his illness at the age of #.
