A GREAT SUCCESS CHAMPIONSHIP AWARDS. Per Press Association. WANGANUI, November 11. The Wanganui show concluded today in fine weather. The attendance was 80,000, the show being a great success. ’Among the stock exhibits the Jersey cattle section was a feature and the sheep were good throughout, but the fat classes were on the weak side. Tho horse sections rovenlbd high quality. The champion awards were as follow: CATTLE. Jerseys.—Cow: P. H. Smith (Wanganui) ; reserve, J. Robb (Westmere). Bull and reserve: W. Devine (Palmerston North). Ayrshires.-T-Bull: B. V. McKenzie (Kni lwi); cow: Webb®Bros. (Koputaroa). Red Polls.—Bull and cow: C. IV. Harvey (Wnverley). Friesians. —Bull: W. A. Wylo (Palmerston North). SHEEP. Romney.—Ram: N. G. Ravner (Masterton); ewe: M. A. McLeod (Feilding). Southdown. —Ram and owe: C. E. Vile (Bulls). HORSES. Hack.—D. Symons (Wnverley) ; harness : P. Chadwick (Wanganui). The West Coast jumping championship was won by Blue Moon, owned by O. Neilsnn, Hnstings.
