“LITTLE ANNIE ROONEY.” Showing at the matinee to-day and again this evening is “Little Annie ■Rooney,” starring the world’s sweetheart, Mary Pickford. S’he takes the role of a txvelx-e-year-old daughter of a popular policeman, and leads a group of dirty-faced youngsters in rough-and-tumble battles against a rival gang, and has a secret infatuation for Joe Kelly, a strapping big truck driver, and pal of her brother, Tim Rooney. Owing to its length—ten reels —the screening to-night is at 7.50 o’clock precisely. Special music is played by the talented slr James Haydock.
