STORM TAKES HEAVY TOLL
FIFTY-TWO SEAMEN LOST OFF NOVA SCOTIA COAST. Reuter’s Telegram. (Received August 16, 10.25 p.m.) HALIFAX, August 16. It is feared that 52 seamen, 47 of them fishermen, have been drowned from two Nova Scotia schooners, and five from the Norwegian steamer Ringhorn, in a storm which a week ago •wept the coast of Nova Scotia.
