FILM ACTOR COLLAPSES
TWO OPERATIONS PERFORMED
(Received August 16, 8.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, August 15. Rudolph Valentino, tho film actor, collapsed this afternoon. A diagnosis revealed a serious stomach complaint, and two operations were immediately performed. He is still unconscious, aand his physicians pronounce his condition grave. Reuter’s Telegram. The operation was for a gastric ulcer. His condition is satisfactory.
