MEDICAL MIRACLE
How a man broke his back 16 years ago, married and did light work, after two years in hospital, was related at the Isle of Wight County Court when 10s a week compensation for permanent partial disablement was awarded to George Norris, a shipyard worker at Cowes. The injury left him with serious curvature of the spine. A medical specialist said it was a miracle the man was alive. Ho is the fa_tlj.es of three children.
