A SPINNING EGG
HOW CAKEFUL CAN YOU BE? Spin an uncooked egg long-ways on a plate. When it has been going briskly for a few moments suddenly arrest the movement by pressing lightly with the palm of the hand. When the egg isj still remove the hand, and to the as-l tonishment of the onlookers it starts to rotate again. This is because the liquid contents of the egg continue to swing around even when the movement of the shell is arrested. iiiiimmiiiiiiiiiiimmiiiimiiiiiiiimiiiiiii
