AUSTRALIA’S WARMEST JULY TEMPERATURE AT 78.3. By Telegraph.—Pres A sen.—Copyright. SYDNEY, July 23. Abnormally warm weather lor this tlmo of the year has been experienced in New South Wales. Many high tern perntures are reported .in country centres. At Sydney yesterday the thermometer reached 78.3 degrees, the highest ever recorded for July. Earlier in- the week the minimum temperature was 42.1. Victoria during the last couple of days has shared in tlie abnormal weather conditions, which extended over all.the States. A thermometer reading of 69 3 degrees yesterday was a Julyrecord.
