INCIDENT IN TUNNEL
AN AMOROUS YOUTH REMANDED FOR SENTENCE. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, June 25. Herbert John Lillcy, a youth, was remanded for sentence this morning after the hearing of a charge against him of assaulting a girl by attempting to kiss her in a train going through the Lyttelton tunnel in August. The police said that duriDg tile struggle a window was broken. The guard came along, and accused gave the name of Smith. He bad only been traced this week.
