IN THE MATTER of “The Rating Act, 1925" f And IN THE MATTER of The Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Lower Hutt and Thomas Kenavin Collins, of Waterloo road, Lower Hutt, Gardener. under the provisions of * » “The Rating Act, 1906/' and its amendments, judgment was given in the Magistrate’s Court holden at Lower Hutt on the sth day of November, 1924, in favour of the Mayor, Councillors and Burgesses of the Borough of Lower Hutt for the sum of thirty-seven pounds seven, shillings (<£37 7s) as appears from the certificate* of judgment for rates, being arrears or rates and costs due hy the above named Thomas Kenavin Collins as the occupier of part of Section 30 of the Hutt District, AND WHEREAS notice was duly given on the 7th day of October, 1925, by registered letter to the said Thomas Kenavin Collins and all persons believed to have any interest in the said land that the same would be sold or leased by public auction after six months from the date of the said notice unless the amount incurred for judgment and costs was sooner paid, AND WHEREAS the amount due as aforesaid is still nppaid, NOW THEREFORE I do hereby give notice that Mr H.
