“NOT AFRAID OF ANYTHING.'' “I object to the foul insinuation that I lack, courage,” declared Councillor R. Semple at the City Council table last night. Councillor Burns had been responsible for the suggestion, so Councillor Semple informed him loudly; “I am not afraid of anything—in the shape of you or anything else.”
