CLAIM FOR SERVICES FAILS. Per Press Association. BLENHEIM, April S 9. An echo of the General Election was heard in the Magistrate’s Court today, when Robert Burgess sued Bernard Cook, Labour candidate for Wairau, and his committee for £3O, being balance due for his servioes as secretary. After hearing the evidenhe. the magistrate gave judgment far the defendant, allowing costs totalling £5 XOs.
