DAIRY PRODUCE Messrs Joseph Nathan and Co., Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their London house, dated April 28th, 1926:—“New Zealand butter, 170 s. New Zealand cheese, 92s to 935. Both markets slow.” N.Z. LOAN AND MERCANTILE . The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, have received the following cablegram from their London house, under date 28th instant: “Tallow.—We quote c.i.f. and e. values for the following descriptions of tallow : Fine mutton, 43s per cwt; good beef, 43s per cwt; mixed, 42s per cwt. “Dairy produce.—Butter: New Zealand, choicest 170 s to 172 s per cwt, very slow; Australian, 16fe per cwt; Danish, 176 s per cwt. Cheese, 92s to 94s per cwt; market quiet.” LONDON TALLOW MARKET The Bank of New Zealand, produce department, has received the following advice from its London oifioe, under date 28th instant“ Tallow : There is a fair demand. Current quotations: Good mutton, 42s 6d to 43s 6d per cwt; good beef, 43s to 43s 3d per cwt; good mixed 43s per cwt; gut, 36s 6d to 39s 6d per cwt.” , Messrs Dalgety and Company. Ltd., re. port having received tho following cablegram from their London house, under date of the 28th instant“ll2o casks of tallow offered, 660 casks sold. RABBITSKIN SALE Messrs Wright, Stephenson and Co.» Ltd., advise having received the following report from, their Dunedin office in regard to the rabbitskin sale held there on the 27th instant:— We report an exceptionally keen sale, prices being considerably in excess of those paid in Wellington last week. Late autumns and incomings advanced Sd to 6d per lb, and other sorts 2d per lb. Incomings lealised £6 to £6 5s per 100, and late autumns £5. Quotations: Incoming winters 75d to 79d, late autumns 66d to 72d, autumps G4d to 58d, early autumns 4Sd to 52d, priino racks 40d to 43d, light racks 58d to 40d, summers 34d to 5Gd, small summers 82d to 35d, runners 2od to 27d, autumns (blood-stained) 4Sd to 50d, summers (blood-stained) 32d to 31.
