Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, April 26. Peter Carson Campbell, fireman on the Canadian Miller, nas fined £lO, in default three months’ imprisonment, for obscene language and drunkenness. The magistrate described it as one of the. worst cases that ha,d come* before the court.
