OBITUARY
MARSHAL KAWAMUR-A. R TM-gmin (Received April 28, 10.15 p.m.) TOIvIO, April 28 Marshal Viscount Kawamura is dead. He was a staunch friend of Britain. Ho figured prominently in the Russo-Japanese War, and commanded an army at tho Battle of Mukden.
