“SAVE THE FRANC”
FRANCE RESPONDS TO APPEAL DONATIONS FLOWING IN. Reuter’s Telegram. PARIS, April 18. The “Save the Franc” compaign is in full swing. Donations to the voluntary fund to redeem the floating debt are flowing in from all sides. They include 70,000 francs from the Principality of Monaco and 10,000 from the French Football Federation.
