GENERAL PANGALOS SWORN IN AMNESTY granted prisoners. Reuter's Telegram (Received April 19, 11.5 p.m.) ATHENS, Apr* 19. General Pangalos was sworn in as President in the presence of the diplomatic representatives. He ordered the release of Kaphandaris, jPapanastasiau, Kondylis and other political offenders, politicians, and journalists. ♦General Pangalos is relinquishing all the rights he assumed as Dictator.
