JOCKEY LICENSES TWO CANCELLED. Per Press Association. i CHRISTCHURCH, April 19. The Licensing Committee of the New Zealand Racing Conference, at its rneeting > at Wellington on the 16th instant, decided to cancel the jockeys’ licenses held by L. M. Manson and B. Rosen. It was also decided to grant B. TC. Peeley a three months conditional jockey’s license.
