Irish Tree State —Advanced, by one hour at 10 a.iu. on April 19th. Great Britain—Advanced by one hour at 2 a.m. on April 18tli. Prance—Advanced by one hour at 11 p.m. on April 17th. Bolgium—Advanced by one hour at 11 p.m. on April 17th.
