SHIP UNDER ARREST
SECOND WRIT ISSUED. AUCKLAND, April 16. A second writ of arrest haß been served on the American barque Guy C. Goss, the consignees, who include the Public Works Department, having taken action claiming the delivery of the timber cargo. Court proceedings are expected shortly.
