COLDER CONDITIONS
RAIN PREDICTED (Dominion Meteorologist.) Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for moderate to strong northerly winds, increasing and backing by west to south in about twenty-four hours. Weather mild and hazy, but becoming cloudy and unsettled generally, with rain and colder conditions following. The barometer has a falling tendency, but is due to rise in the south shortly. y D. C.
