SERIOUS OFFENCE
, INDECENT EXPOSURE TWELVE MONTHS’ GAOL IMPOSED. Walter David Fishfer, aged 35 vears, appeared before Mr E. Page, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court, yesterday morning, to answer a charge of wilful and obscene exposure in Queen's Park on April 15th. Chief Detective Ward stated that Fisher was already waiting trial in the Supreme Court for a similar offence, alleged to have occurred in Wakefield street some time ago. His Worship convicted Fisher and sentenced him to 12 months' imprisonment with hard labour. , On a further charge of resisting Detective Robinson in the execution of his d"ty. Fisher was sentenced to one month 8 imprisonment with hard labour, the sentences to be served concurrently.
