N.S.W. GOVERNMENT’S ORDERS MR LANG ANNOUNCES POLICY. Bv Telegraph—Pi'p,s — GonvTight SYDNEY, April 15. The Premier, Mr J. T. Lang, announced that in respect of Government orders a preference of 30 per cent, would be given to locally-manufactured articles over foreign imported goods, and that in respect of British goods a preference of 20 per cent, be given to local manufactures. These preferences will be inclusive of the Commonwealth tariff duties, and Dreferenses already in existence,
