MANNING SHIELD The final for the Manning Shield was played on the Victoria green yesterday, and was won by C. G. Scolon, who beat T. Jamieson by 21 to 19 points. A very good game ensued. This shield is in memory of the late Mr Bert Manning, who was the secretary of Victoria Bowling Club at tbe time of his death in Melbourne two years ago. PETONE CLUB.
