The Tetuan correspondent of “The Times” says that Otto Zeltiii, ex-colonol •of the Lett Army and German war correspondent, when, attempting to enter the Riff territory disguised as a natiye, was wounded and captured by ‘the Spanish, He has been imprisoned for four months aawiting trial, the Spaniards contending that he is an exGerman officer, of unsatisfactory, antecedents, attempting tp join* Abd el Krim’s band of European adventurers.
