STORMY, WET WEATHER Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for northerly winds strong to gale, backing to southerly northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and easterlies to sonth-easterlies elsewhere. A disturbance is apparently centred westward of Capo Egmont, and stormy, wet weather may be expected generally, heavy rain in many parts, with rivers rising, and' much colder conditions soon.
