. OTHER CASES PENDING. Per Press'Association. GISBORNE, March 12. At the Police Court at. Tokomaru Bay,' Arthur Owei and Charles Croon, were fined £SO each on charges of loitering for purposes of betting at Ruatoria in February last year. Sentence was suspended pending the’ Supreme Court decisions in other cases.
