CHARGED WITH THEFT. (Sydney “Sun?’ Cable.) LONDON, March 11. The "‘Daily Mail” states that * warrant has been issued for the arrest of Lord Torrington on a charge of stealing-a iqptor-car, which he allegedly on the hire system.
