. an extraordinary general mMk ing of shareholders ot the Wellingtgß Gas Company yesterday, the following resolution, passe! on the 25th ult., was confirmed: “That each of the existing ordinary shares of ten pounds each in the company’s capital he divided into ten shares of one pound each, upon each of which the sum of one pound shall be credited as paid np.” The articles of association of tbe company are to be amended aooordingly.
