ECONOMY BILL
ESTIMATE OF SAVINGS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, March 11. It was stated in the House of Commons that under the Economy Bill the savings in the second year would be slightly less than in the first. There would be a yearly saving for the next three years of £2,750,000 in health insurance grants,- and a weekly reduction of Jd per capita in the Government’s contribution -unemployment insurance.
