A SERIOUS SITUATION WILL VOTE AGAINST GERMANY IF NOT GIVEN A SEAT There ii a wealth of conjecture as to what will be the attitude of the delegates to the League of Nations when Germany’s application comes up for discussion. . At present there is a diversity of opinion as to the attitude of certain nations. Spain appears to be a stumblin g block, but the statement by the Brazilian delegates during the secret session has been the sensation of the. day. They state that unless they get a permanent seat, they will vote against Germany's admission, and then resign. ______
