LACKING IN FAITH
RUSSIAN SOVIET Published in "Th« Times LONDON, March 11. Brussels correspondent of “The \ Times” says that the Chamber of Commerce expressed the conviction that there could be no stability in the resumption of commercial relations with Russia, while the Soviet did not observe the basic elements of good faith, and at the same time demanded longterm credits in respect of a comparatively negligible quantity of exportable products.
