In her addre.,. , Mrs Don, Dofhinion president, said the union had passed another milestone in the long march to Prohibition. When it was first formed forty years ago in New Zealand, its slogan was “Educate agitate, organise, and legislate,” and th 9 need for progress was never greater than now.
