A GREAT SWIMMER, Per Press Association. WESTPORT, March 11. At the school swimming sports meeting to-day, Carl Atkinson, Canterbury, foimer holder of nearly NewZealand championship, from 100 yards to the mile, gave a most instructive demonstration of the various modes of swimming. Later it was suggested that the Education Department should secure Atkinson’s services as instructor for the school.
